Skills Camp for Parents & Ride LeadersMay 13th 9am-12pm
This will be an "on the bike" skills camp where parents will learn the techniques that we will teach all riders, including: bike fit, neutral/attack position, braking, cornering, climbing. This will raise your confidence, competence, and safety on the trail. It will also be a foundation that can be shared and practiced with young riders. In addition to basic skills, we will discuss how to coach young riders through their development and inspire greater performance without adding pressure. We will conclude our session with a picnic lunch. Registration is now open until May 8th |
